Limited warranty on equipment
The equipment are warranted to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery. The warranty does not apply to bags, rolling case, tripod, cables, fitting and accessories.
This warranty does not apply when damages are caused by sand or abrasive materials, corrosion, lightning, transient voltage surges, improper voltage, water, misuse, abuse, neglect or accidental damage, carless handling, improper installation or use. Equipment which shows evidence of having been altered, modified or serviced without authorization will be ineligible for service under warranty.
Repair, or at our option, replacement will be made to equipment that proves to be defective during the warranty period, provided the unit is property packed and returned to FX EMOTION, and shipped at customer charge.
This extends warranties to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
We will not be responsible for any labor charges, losses or consequential damages of any kind or character caused by defective equipment or parts nor for other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of defective equipment or parts by the Customer.
