For security reasons and to prevent fraud, orders paid by credit card from the Proludik online store will only be accepted if the billing name and address match the name on the buyer's bank or credit card and the address on file. If the information does not match, your order will be declined, even if the transaction has been pre-authorized by your bank. In this case, the amount of the reserved order can only be recovered once the credit has been posted to your account, which may take three to five business days.
